Since September of 2019, Maleik Watkins has served as a Democracy Fellow for the Campus Vote Project. Working in multiple universities across the United States, the Campus Vote Project wishes to reduce the accessiblity and amount of barriers to student voting.

To cap off homecoming, Kerry Washington visited NSU L Douglass Wilder Performing Arts Center to discuss SHEROes of Democracy as it relates to advocacy and GOTV.
